π Return & Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement or return if:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong item
The product is significantly different from the description or images shown on our website
π Return Time Frame
You must inform us within 3 days of receiving the order.
Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

Order number
Clear photos/video of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
If approved, we will guide you through the replacement or return process.

Advance delivery charges (Rs. 199) are non-refundable
If a return is approved, only the product amount will be refunded (in case of prepayment)
In case of COD, if the product is returned, no refund will be made for delivery charges
β Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns if:
The product was damaged after delivery
The product was used or altered
The return request is made after 3 days

You must return the item in its original packaging and unused condition.
Customer will bear the return shipping cost, unless the mistake was from our side.
